NEW PRODUCTS COMING IN 2002

1. Progressive Scan Board Camera

To compliment our current line up of Machine Vision board

cameras, we are currently merchandising this type of product

in a progressive scan format.

2. Black & White DSP Camera Series

In 2002, Sentech will be introducing the first B/W DSP

(Digital Signal Processing) camera. The STC-R920M will

feature a RS232 control of the video processing, allowing you

to control the camera remotely or to setup multiple processing

profiles. Please see page 14.

3. 1/2" Remote Micro-Head Color Cameras

In addition to the 1/4" micro-head camera shown on page 20 of

this catalog, Sentech will also be introducing a 1/2" version of

this camera as well. As with all Sentech Color cameras, this

unit will feature our powerful 10 bit DSP.

4. Auto-Focus DSP Color Camera

Based on Sentech’s popular STC-620 / 630 / 640 board camera

family (please see page 23) we are designing a new family of

Auto-Focus cameras. This will provide our customers with a

truly cost effective, high performance solution for their auto-

focus camera needs.

5. Mega Pixel B/W Machine Vision Camera

Sentech will be introducing a 1.3K x 1K low cost mega-pixel

machine vision camera with both analog and digital signals

out. As with all of our Machine Vision cameras this camera

will be very small and designed to operate in the harsh

environments of machine vision.

version

of this camera, will have a head

which will be 17mm in diameter.)

Sentech’s roots are in OEM camera design and manufacturing. Based on feedback

from our customers, we plan our future product development. All of the products

above originated via customer inquiries. As our development is progressing, we

constantly bounce our ideas and progress back to our customer base to make sure

we are designing what our customers want and need.
